This summer, Moët Ice Impérial launches the big summer party pop up at Madison rooftop bar overlooking the iconic dome of St Paul’s Cathedral. This elegant champagne is a world first, uniquely served over ice making it the drink for summer (available from Selfridges, £54.99). The nautical themed pop-up, complete with penguin figures and ice cube seats, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city along with a bespoke ice experience delivered by Bompas & Parr. Penguins are enjoying a purple patch at the moment aren't they?

On the palate there is a unique, assertive flavour of fresh fruit salad, a dusting of caramel and a suggestion of quince jelly. The finish has the refreshing acidity of ginger notes and grapefruit.
