Introducing Hackett London x David Gandy Wellwear

Hackett London and David Gandy Wellwear have announced the second chapter of their partnership. Introducing a new collection that elevates the off-duty moments of daily life with comfort that doesn’t compromise on style.

The new 12-piece collection continues to merge Hackett London’s world - renowned classic, traditional menswear with David Gandy Wellwear’s progressive innovation that combines wardrobe and well-being. Fabric, form and function are the foundations that underpin a collection of luxury lounge and sleepwear, all tailored towards the needs of the discerning modern man. The softest, most sustainable fibres are translated into timeless designs with classic accents, enhanced with ‘Wellwear Care’, an innovative technical treatment applied to the fabrics. It improves the wearer’s physical well-being through the moisturising and anti-inflammatory skin-caring properties of Aloe Vera extract, transforming conventional designs into innovative new garments that care for your skin while you wear them.

The protagonist of the collection is the new Cashmere-Wool Lounge Set (hoodie £240, pants £190) in the softest 12-gauge honeycomb texture; the epitome of refined style that offers all-day comfort. Featuring a zip-up hoodie and matching lounge pants in sleek charcoal making it the perfect seasonal gift, the Cashmere-Wool Lounge Set marks a first in knitwear design for David Gandy Wellwear and an elegantly relaxed addition to Hackett London’s existing knitwear collections. To continue lounging in style the new Luxury Lounge Funnel Neck (£65) is a versatile yet polished design, as wearable out and about as it is at home. The funnel neck design with its quarter zip opening is made from fine loopback fabric - a blend of lyocell and BCI cotton – that is super soft on your skin and comes in navy, available as a set with a matching Luxury Lounge Pant (£70). Meanwhile a favourite from the launch collection, the crew neck Luxury Lounge Tee (£55) and matching Lounge Pant (£70), has been reimagined in steel blue.

Sleepwear introduces a new colour palette this Autumn, launching bottle green as a nod to the dark green accents in trims and embroidered branding exclusive to the collaboration. The Premium Pyjama Tee (£55) in bottle green brings a new season refresh to the contemporary crew neck design when paired with the simple, comfort - first Premium Pyjama Pant (£60). The Ultimate Pyjama Shirt (£75) and Pant (£65), with its traditional button-up design, white piping accents and breast pocket detail has also been reimagined in bottle green to complement the existing navy blue, a continuation of last season’s best-selling design. To ensure bedtime is just as elegant as downtime, the pyjamas are accompanied by a choice of elegant Waffle Robe (£135), available this Autumn in a matching bottle green or navy to ensure you look as good as you feel. A pair of Oxford Pyjamas (shirt £100, pants £110) completes the collection. This new design introduces another debut for David Gandy Wellwear as the brand’s first woven design in 100% cotton, available in a timeless oxford blue with the collaboration logo embroidered subtly on the breast pocket as the ultimate nod to effortless British style, craftsmanship and quality – values that are synonymous with Hackett London and David Gandy Wellwear.

David Gandy, Founder and Creative Director of David Gandy Wellwear concludes, “I am delighted to announce the second collection in our exciting partnership. This season we continue to embrace our shared appreciation for authenticity and craftsmanship, while exploring new opportunities for both brands. Hackett London customers can en joy elevated lounge and sleepwear that doesn’t just make you look good, but makes you feel good too, through innovative ways in which Wellwear incorporates well-being into clothing. And Wellwear customers can discover new products such as woven cotton and cashmere, designed through Hackett’s experienced lens. By uniting the two British brands and their respective expertise we continue to explore the wealth of opportunity in modern menswear.”
