Written by Craig Landale in Essentials on the 25th January 2023
It’s definitely too late in the month to wish you all a Happy New Year but I hope you’re having a good start to 2023, nonetheless. It feels like London has been frozen all month with no signs of warmth coming anytime soon. However, I have a great mix of product drops that have caught my eye to bring you. So, put the kettle on and read on.

Myzone MZ-Switch
Did you know the accuracy of your heart rate monitor can be affected by the workout you are doing? While wrist-worn trackers are convenient, they lack the accuracy of chest-worn trackers for certain exercises, and while chest strap trackers are incredibly accurate, they are not always convenient. Myzone has launched the world’s very first heart rate tracker that can be worn on the chest, wrist and arm – maximising convenience, comfort and most importantly, accuracy. Regardless of the activity you’re doing, MZ-Switch provides a complete pathway for accurate monitoring and ensures there are no blind spots in a user’s physical activity measurement.

Raymond Weil Freelancer Diver Geneva Limited Edition
Raymond Weil is paying tribute to Geneva with its brand-new freelancer diver Geneva Limited Edition, as it celebrates the city where the brand was founded and continues to call home. Featuring a blue gradient dial with mid-blue tones on the upper reaches, the freelancer diver Geneva Limited Edition watch embodies the different depths of Lac Léman, with a dark blue hue adjacent to 6 o’clock representing the deepest, darkest parts of the landmark.
MAAP X P.A.M Collaboration

Created for cyclocross, crits, track, or just turning it up for Skinsuit Sunday, the MAAP X P.A.M. Skin Suit will make sure riders stand out in the peloton. Made in Italy utilising premium breathable fabrics and the same 3D thermo moulded multi-density chamois as found in MAAP’s Team Bib Evo. To dial up the classic styling, pair with the MAAP X P.A.M. Skull Cap, a nostalgia infused piece for some extra riding 'stile'. Rounding out the capsule are Team Fit jerseys, a thermal long sleeve option, cargo bibs, a lightweight jacket and MTB tee.
