Written by Craig Landale in Essentials on the 11th August 2022
Unpopular opinion: I’m totally over summer and can’t wait for autumn’s arrival. I just don’t know how people live in such hot climates. Seriously, how? But as I’ve been dodging the sun, sitting at my desk with blinds and windows closed, I’ve at least found some great product drops for you this month. Enjoy.

Malone Souliers Andre Sandal
Malone Souliers makes shoes that challenge convention. Inspired by the endless possibilities of the cordwainer’s craft, their products find new expression in artisanal techniques, driven by a love of form and a delight in unexpected detail. Gentlemanly styles from the 1930s inspired this season’s Andre sandals. These men’s shoes are crafted from brown calf leather that’s arranged in a cage strap formation. A gold buckle-fastening and crest embellishment make thoughtful details. Slip them on and off as the day requires: they are elegant, easy-wearing, and full of character.
Bulova Parking Meter Chronograph
In what may be considered “The Golden Age of the Bulova Chronograph,” between 1970 and 1974 Bulova produced a number of distinctive chronograph watches. These original 1970s timepieces are highly sought after by vintage watch enthusiasts due to their iconic design like the newly re-released famous Bulova Stars & Stripes and Surfboard. Today Bulova is proud to present the Archive Re-edition of the original 1973 Chronograph 31008-6W timepiece, popularly known as the Parking Meter. With its eye-catching shape, it features a unique dial configuration, resembling a parking meter – giving this particular model its nickname.
