We’re finally over the January blues and blustery February and striving forward into an uncertain 2022. This year was going to be better right? Whilst many things remain uncertain, we can make sure we’re looking after ourselves with my picks of this month’s best grooming drops.

Pure Shave 

Pure Shave are a new UK grooming brand that believe in quality products that are kind to your both your wallet and the planet. Their Shaving Cream and Moisturiser come in aluminium bottles, which when empty can be filled using a Refill Pouch, holding enough to refill the bottle 3 times and itself made from recycled materials. Windle Lab 

Combining 200 years of salon experience and their own laboratory chemist, Windle Lab have created a range of high performing haircare and styling products. The latest in the line is their Purple Tea Shampoo and Purple Tea Conditioner, rich in antioxidants and neutralises yellow or brassy tones, perfect for anyone with blonde hair. Also check out their Volcanic Ash Hair Wax, offering a strong matte textured finish. Plus, how cool is a product containing volcanic ash!?

Avant 

Avant Skincare are expanding their range with an exciting new fragrance line called fragrance-to-share. Each fragrance is designed with everyone in mind, making them perfect to share, whatever your gender. The line consists of Persian Sunset, a combination of red berries, caramel and tonka bean. Ambuscade, a combination of peppercorn, wild raspberry and violet. Pure Emerald, a combination of cotton candy, apple, vanilla and cedar. Last but not least is Caress, a combination of white flowers, orchids and cedar. Whatever your fragrance style, they’ll be something here for your nose.

L’Occitane Cade Hand Cream 

This is the first hand cream formulated for men from L’Occitane, and what a first it is! Scented with the ever-wonderful Cade, this 3-in-1 Hand Cream soothes skin thanks to the Wild Indigo Extract, moisturises intensely thanks to its fast-absorbing texture and contains Bitrex, which is a bitter tasting anti nail biting substance. I’m yet to find a L’Occitane product I don't like, and I still haven’t. So, give your hands a treat.

Dermatology M Bai Bi Shampoo 

Dermatology M combine the best of Chinese herbal medicine and three decades of experience to their UK designed and formulated products. Bai Bi Shampoo is a Softening Psoriasis Shampoo that gently cleanses, soothes and promotes healing. Ingredients include Cordyceps, Huang Qi, Ginseng and Ginger Extracts with Lavender Oil. Valentino Uomo Born In Roma Coral Fantasy 

Valentino Uomo is now incredibly 8 years old, how time flies. The original was a stunning combination of hazelnut, chocolate, and leather. Since then, Uomo has had numerous flankers, but its latest is Born In Roma Coral Fantasy. Inspired by a coral-lit sky as the sun sets over Rome, it combines notes of red apple, tobacco, bourbon geranium and cardamom. I adored my visit to the eternal city, and I'm delighted to be taken back with a spray of a bottle.

Acqua Di Parma Colonia C.L.U.B

The latest release in the wonderful Colonia line has arrived in Colonia C.L.U.B. The fragrance is all about living and spending time with friends. Acqua Di Parma have used this as an inspiration for the fragrance where C stands for Community, L stands for Life, U stands for Unique and B stands for Bond. The scent is a combination of shies, lemon, bergamot, pink pepper and rosemary. The Colonia line is ever evolving whilst remembering the brands heritage, C.L.U.B is an excellent addition that’s well worth seeking out.
