Having travelled Italy extensively throughout the last year, (including the Cinque Terra, the location chosen for the promotional Kickstarter campaign for Max Lemari) I can tell you the one thing Italians do not compromise on and that is quality. More poignantly, food, fashion and shoes.

For me the turnaround is probably the biggest USP and more brands looking to initiate a Kickstarter campaign should try to emulate this. I'll admit I have a tendency to be quite dismissive of companies that tease a launch of a product with anything later than 3 months. The time is now people!
