Amuse has teamed up with Nespresso for a three-part video series called 'Champions of Breakfast'. The series will be focusing on young creatives Mustafah Abdulaziz, Neelam Gill and Dylan Watson as they lift the veil on what makes their mornings extraordinary. Here we put the focus on the British fashion model Neelam Gill who is featured in Episode 2.

"I love catching up with friends over breakfast, sometimes it's the only chance I get. I feel lucky to be here working in London. I've always viewed it that if you can make it here you can make it anywhere." - Neelam Gill.

Neelam made her debut on the catwalk for Burberry's fashion show during London Fashion week in 2013 and became the face for Abercrombie & Fitch in 2015. She comes across as a delight, describing her love for fashion diversity in her home in London. She describes the importance of cooking breakfast with a full house, sharing memories and how bonding over meals was a prominent part of her life growing up in India.

She describes her breakfast as a traditional English breakfast with a twist and shows us her morning routine. Neelam whips up a fry up for her mates, and her twist is spicy baked beans (full recipe here).
