With the highly anticipated film release of the global bestseller Fifty Shades of Grey book by E.L. James on the forthcoming Valentine’s Day, the excitement mounts as the first Fifty Shades of Grey underwear and sleepwear collection is unveiled in a campaign shot by Rankin.
The range for women and men will launch exclusively in stores from early September within the F&F clothing area with 35 pieces for her and 8 pieces for him. With one in every four books of the global best seller sold in Tesco stores, it is a perfect opportunity to now offer the lingerie and nightwear range.
The menswear range offers comfortable nightwear for low-key lounging with a light-hearted twist. Designed to perfectly complement the womenswear range, slogan Vest and PJ sets emblazoned with the tongue-in-cheek slogans “Charlie Tango” and “Laters Baby” are supremely stylish and could be mistaken for daywear. For die-hard fans, the ‘Shades Of Grey’ Long PJ set with the official logo are a fun collector’s item too.
With long and short loungewear sets, branded trunks that hint back to the iconic book and stylish nightwear, the Fifty Shades of Grey collection makes a perfect gift for that special person. A MWS team favourite is the grey “Just Call Me Sir” stretch cotton rich boxer shorts, featuring a branded elastic waist with contrast coloured lettering. Another standout piece is the loungewear set for just £18 which includes a stylish black ribbed scoop neck vest.
