A REVIEW OF EAST LONDON'S STYLISH ROOFTOP BAR AND GRILL RESTAURANT

The best reflection you'll ever catch in your life, is in an elevator ceiling mirror. It's the reason why all selfies look good taken from an overhead angle.
So as I stepped out from said elevator, fully satiated from a quick dip of sinful vainglory, I enter the Rooftop Bar and Grill above the Boundary in Shoreditch.
The unyielding downpour forced me to skip the garden tour unfortunately. However, at a glance I was impressed with the laid back aesthetic. A retro corner couch underneath the white willow tree accompanied by the swiss cabin wood burner in full wood burning flow. This would certainly appeal to the romantics.
Onto the menu. I sampled the Monkfish in Micheal Buble sauce (actually bouillabaisse sauce which should really come with a phonetic spelling in brackets so you don't sound like a complete uncultured ass when trying to woo a lady).
The lady had the aubergine artichoke tart which was a relief to me as it was the cheapest on the menu. I got wind that the Rooftop restaurant will be featured in Eastenders as part of the shows revamp.
So on the positive side you could soon be seen under a full moon devouring a battered mullet adorned with cabbage-canopy, whilst a Mitchell brother batters an Alfie Moon and throws him off a balcony.
My only gripe is that the bill was not presented with courtesy after dinner mints. When parting with a nifty, plus tip, it can really soften the blow to find a couple of After Eights on the platter. The Boundary isn't breaking any boundaries, but it is certainly giving them a playful push.
