We are almost midway through winter, and in New York, we’ve gotten so used to rain, snow, and blasts of polar temperatures that we almost forgot what a normal winter feels like. 

The natural reaction to all of this is a trend that has become almost a norm: Rubber boots are now the most common footwear of the season! 

Everybody is wearing them, and the choices on the market are very interesting. Ladies, as usual, have very fun and playful selections in various colors and shapes, but now even men can count on intriguing choices besides the classic black, shiny kind and outdoorsy heavy-duty variety.

If you are more of an urban gentleman, you can find great rubber boots that can be worn with a more stylish ensemble.
